We use a straightforward pricing structure. Rates are by the hour. Please see our Fees page for more information

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your computer repair using cash, check or credit card. Credit cards are accepted on site using Paypal.

How fast can you get out here to help me?

We will schedule an appointment that is conveinent for you. We can normally come to the rescue in a few days, but in certain emergency cases, we can make a trip to your location the same day.
